The Stanley Fleming Case Management system allows our clients to concentrate more, on areas requiring their professional expertise; administrative costs are reduced and professional time is used much more efficiently.

Stanley Fleming LLP takes on the key administration elements of probate valuation – locating appropriate valuers, organising valuations, preparing schedules of values, and maintenance of assets.

The Truly Paperless Solution

Stanley Fleming LLP use our proprietary Case Management system to seamlessly manage the entire process ensuring a simple and transparent online record of all correspondence . You do not have to correspond; our Case Management system acts as your secretary!

Clients, partners and suppliers all get a secure login to the system so all of Stanley Fleming LLP contacts, correspondence and communications with our clients, partners and suppliers are wholly managed via the web. A browser interface is all that is required.

There is literally no ‘paperwork’. Your PC, Apple Mac or PDA can access Stanley Fleming from anywhere in the world at anytime.

Probate administration made effortless

Once you have registred to our Case Management system, it only takes few minutes to fill in the asset check list and submit your valuation request. Once you have been appointed as Executor or Administrator, you can just login to your Stanley Fleming account to modify or update the assets list.

Stanley Fleming takes then responsibility for finding expert valuers for each category of assets and provides you with the quoted proposal for review.

Once the assets have been valued, we present you with the Stanley Fleming Register™ which consists of:

  • a document showing both the estimated asset values and the valuations by SF's expert Valuers. ( View sample)
  • a full file for each asset valued, including the quotations for valuation and the valuation report itself.
